Your tasks
- Manage an efficient and effective P&O Reporting & People Analytics unit to ensure high quality service delivery, adoption and improvement of existing standards and solutions as well as enhancement of user experience
- Identify opportunities to further enhance services in area of Analytics, Reporting as well as Data Management
- Steer P&O function cost and corresponding processes in close collaboration with Global Finance Organization and the CPOs in charge
- Defining and expanding portfolio especially in the service area
- Ensure appropriate use of our products and constantly expand them
- Support the journey towards a data driven P&O org
- Data availability, quality, system requirements, etc. impacting ability to provide great user experience
Requirements
- Experience in P&O Reporting & Analytics
- Proven track record in developing P&O solutions
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Experience in leading a small intercultural team
- Technology driven and experienced
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Strong customer focus and business acumen
- Strong resilience/ ability to adjust to new circumstances
